Livia Giuliani (Lecce, 1966)
Degree in Criminal Procedure in Pavia in 1990; Assistant Professor of Criminal Procedure at the University of Trieste since 1994; winner of a comparative procedure for the role of Associate Professor in 2003; she received his suitability for the role of full professor in 2013; teaches criminal procedure at the University of Pavia since 2004.
Author of two monographs written (Rimessione del processo e valori costituzionali, Giappichelli, 2002; Autodifesa e difesa tecnica nei procedimenti de libertate, Cedam, 2012) and numerous other publications , in terms of impartiality of the judge , the right to defense and personal liberty of the accused.
